SAUCES - SESAME VINAIGRETTE

 


¼ cup sesame seeds, toasted in a medium dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant, about 4 minutes
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 ½ tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
6 tablespoons vegetable or canola oil
Process the sesame seeds, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and oils in a food processor until the sesame seeds are ground and the vinaigrette is well blended, about 15 seconds.
